Little Pomona may be our favourite cidery but this is our favourite stand alone cider. Even writing this makes me want to go and grab a bottle.
This one uses Cox’s Orange, which reminds me of Russet, and sits on birch leaves for one month after the initial fermentation, then spends another 2-3mths in oak.
