Annandale Man O'Swords Ex-Fino 2018 CASK 342

This whisky comes from Cask #342, which has created a refined and elegant whisky with a distinctive aroma and flavour profile.

Fino Sherry is a light-coloured fortified wine from Spain. It is produced from the Palomino grape and matured under a layer of yeast called flor, which prevents it from oxidizing and gives it a nutty, salty taste.

We use Fino Sherry Butts because when they are used to age whisky, they can transfer some of these features to the spirit, as well as pale colour and freshness.

Distilled, matured, and bottled at cask strength from a single cask in Annandale, without chill filtration or added colouring.
