Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand, early in the morning to keep fresh, sorted and packed in a way to limit the crushing. The bunches are pressed gently, in a pneumatic press. The musts are selected, then sent to the stainless-steel tank, thermo-regulated. After settling in the cold, a part of the Grenache is filled in barrels to carry out the alcoholic fermentation.

Aging
100% of the wine is aged in barrels during 9 months

Tasting
Pale gold color with silver reflections. A nose that opens with notes of white flowers and sweet spices, then lightly toasted brioche. The attack is lively, then the roundness brought by the aging envelops the papillae. The finish is long and confirms the impression of minerality felt in attack. To be enjoyed
now and for 10 years.
