PALATE: Layers of dates, raisins and sultanas, mingle with hints of vibrant orange peel and marmalade. Spicy notes of cinnamon and cloves add depth, with the presence of coastal peat-smoke throughout.
An Islay Single Malt bottled by Morrison Distillers for their Mac-Talla Collection. This smoky single malt matured in a combination of Bourbon, Sherry, Virgin Oak and Bordeaux Wine casks to create depth and layers of flavour. This complex & fruity single malt was bottled at 54% ABV, without artificial colour and without chill filtration.
