Chateau Picoron – Tattarrattat

Owned by an Australian family who have converted the vineyard and wine making practices to being organic, the Kalyk family are on a mission to produce hand made wines which are both high quality and great value. 

Chateau Picoron – Tattarrattat 20′ is made from 100% merlot grapes from their vineyard located in Sainte Colombe in Bordeaux, France. We recommend serving it slightly chilled. Juicy fresh red fruits, sour cherry and crunchy red apple, with a light natural fizz. Fermented and preserved naturally under carbonic gas, without sulphites.
