Dino Salvestrin, a trusted & long term grower for Mino & Co. has cultivated his block of fruit on a pitched bed, slightly elevated of sandy loam helping to facilitate drainage, keeping the roots dry & foliage manageable throughout a warm & dry 2019 vintage.

The appearance is rich yellow-ochre glow with an aroma of fresh nectarine, peach & orange blossom. White nectarine, stone fruit and a citrus nuance on the palate with balanced acidity and subtle French Oak.
