Hills and Harbour Vodka

Previously called 24 Seven Vodka. Same process and same liquid. Local wheat and water combine in our seven day fermentation process to create maximum character and mouth feel. Multiple distillations are followed by a 24 hour filtration process through the most porous of carbons, coconut shell carbon. An all out approach has been taken to create something really special. Extremely long fermentation and filtering times pushing way beyond industry strandard, creates purity with character and smoothness.

Our new bottle design evokes the frosted, tactile allure of weathered sea glass, crowned with a natural live edge cork—ensuring that, just like the Galloway landscape, every bottle top is one-of-a-kind.
