Kilchoman Cognac Cask matured, 2023 release

Kilchoman Cognac Cask 2023, a vatting of 32 specially chosen cognac casks put together after 6 years maturation. Previously sourced from Tonellerie Bossuet, each individual cask plays an important part in the final vatting. Each cask captures its own degree of flavour but when brought together, a wonderfully rich, herbaceous sweet spice can easily be identified. The maritime Kilchoman peat smoke shines through. Bottled at 50% abv. and with an outturn of 15,100 bottles we are sure this will be a great dram.
