DISTILLED 27th March 2012 AND BOTTLED 16th May 2022
The cask yielded only 229 bottles and it was bottled at natural cask strength of 57%
A light distillate with a nutty and waxy character. Matured in a hogshead for the majority of its life before being finished in an American virgin oak barrel for added depth, sweetness and floral notes.
The tasting revealed blossom honey, fresh ginger and parma violets.
