Made from grapes harvested from 50 year old vines in the early morning so they are cold and retain their ripe fruit character. They are gently pressed and left on the skins for 36 hours to add body and structure. The result is an intense and layered Sauvignon with grassy notes and mouth-watering citrus, peach and orchard fruits.
