Man O’Words 2015 Fresh Bourbon Cask 125 - 10 Year Old

Our first publicly available unpeated 10 year old release, this expression was matured in a single Fresh Ex-Bourbon cask and bottled at cask strength (58.8%). It is sensorially mature and complex yet balanced, and each sip reveals more character. Stewed apples and pears are immediately obvious as the spirit shines through, classic bourbon cask flavours of vanilla and toffee are also present, but with more depth than expected, and floral, green, waxy and additional fruity notes ebb and flow throughout.
