This lightly peated Highland single malt whisky from Ardmore Distillery has been finished in a Palo Cortado sherry cask. Locally sourced peat from St Fergus delivers a dry sweet smoke that works wonderfully with the fruit and butter notes from the sherry finish. Released at cask strength and aged for 13 years. Non-chill filtered and entirely natural in colour. Only 340 bottles were taken from this outstanding cask.
