The light-footed shy but horny Scheurebe from the pen of Emil Bauer flows into the glass with a brilliant light yellow. To the nose, this Emil Bauer white wine reveals all sorts of grapefruit, pomelo, oranges, lemongrass and grapefruit. As if that weren't impressive enough, the stainless steel aging adds forest floor and sun-warmed rocks.
On the palate, Emil Bauer's Scheu aber geil Scheurebe opens wonderfully dry, grippy and aromatic. On the palate, the texture of this light-footed white wine is wonderfully crisp. In the finish, this white wine from the wine-growing region Palatinate finally inspires with considerable length. Again, hints of pomelo and grapefruit appear. In the aftertaste, mineral notes of the soils dominated by clay and limestone join in.
