Producer: Terras de Santar are a young winemaking project from the Dão, their aim is to make bright, young wines that best represent the varietals of the region. The approach is simple - pick the grapes young for maximum freshness and then un lter for optimum purity. These are superbly balanced wines that are amazing at this level.
