The Scottish Gantry Gin and Cocktails Experience
Hi Guys
Our next tasting along with Colin at The Puce Decanter is heading to my home country for a tasting with the guys at Copeland Distillery Donaghadee.
Mai Tai
25ml Copeland Rum ( supplied )
25ml Orgeat and Curacao Syrup ( supplied )
25ml Lime Juice
1 x Whisky glass
Shaken cocktail with some crushed ice to serve. Shake the ingredients for 15 seconds and pour into whisky tumbler. Top with crushed ice and garnish with Lime wheel
Thyme for Cucumber
25ml Copeland Gin ( supplied )
20ml Lime Juice
25ml Sugar Syrup ( supplied )
8 mint leaves
2-3 slices of cucumber
1 x Long Collins Glass
All ingredients are put into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 20 seconds and pour into the glass. No Garnish
