 The ‘Pipoli’ Aglianico del Vulture has excellent colour, with spicy fruit on the nose complemented by lovely elegance and balance on the palate. Hints of red and sour black cherry with vanilla and spice. Good structure, long, balsamic finish, mature tannins and persistent aftertaste.
