Yellow Submarine

Yellow Submarine III- distilled using 100% Scottish Barley, aged for 14 years in 75% FF bourbon casks and 25% French red wine casks, inspired by the original Yellow Submarine from 2005. Aged for it's entire life and bottled on Islay. 

Bottled at 54.2% abv. 

Beautifully balanced and rounded, honeyed oats and buttery shortbread open on the nose, with pink peppercorns and a hint of ginger punctuating this sweet character. Creamy crème Brulé adds to the spirit’s luxuriously smooth texture, complemented with crisp apple and pear on the palate. Gentle spice and toasted hazelnut settle on the finish while a hint of sea salt linger
